A thoughtfully curated LIVE ONLINE COURSE and safe supportive space for you to reconnect with your peaceful heart, deepen self-awareness, and restore inner harmony. We’ll gently explore the Buddha’s Four Foundations of Mindfulness—body, emotions, thoughts, and dhamma (daily life)—through guided practices, reflective dialogue, and simple at-home rituals. Each session translates timeless wisdom into everyday tools, helping you weave steadiness, compassion, and presence into every moment.

  • Not at all. These courses are open to everyone—whether you're brand new or looking to deepen your current practice.

  • Each class is 90 minutes, with an optional 30-minute space at the end for extra questions, shares, or 1-on-1 support.

      All sessions are hosted inside the Kajabi platform.

  • Choose the time slot that best fits your weekly rhythm. The content is the same across all cohorts—you’ll just be learning alongside your special group.

  • Yes, space permitting. Just email us and we’ll do our best to move you into a different cohort.

  • You’ll have access to replays in the Kajabi course portal, so you can catch up any time that works for you.

  • A quiet space, an internet connection, and an open heart. Optional: a journal, blanket, candle, or anything else that supports your practice.

  • Tribe Members are part of our online community platform, also hosted on Kajabi, and receive discounted access to courses, events, and our shop.

    General Admission is regular pricing for anyone not currently part of the Tribe. If you'd like to join the Tribe and receive member benefits, click here to learn more and sign up. — You’re warmly welcomed!

  • You’ll receive an email with your course access details a couple weeks before your first session begins.

  • Yes. Tribe members will have access to a private community space within Kajabi. Guests will be invited to join optional sharing circles or group reflections.

  • We understand that life happens. While all course purchases are non-refundable, we do offer flexible options to support you:

    • Transfer to a friend: You’re welcome to gift or transfer your spot to someone else at any time—no deadline, no extra cost. Just let us know in advance so we can update our records.

    • More than 30 days before the course begins: You may request a full credit toward a future cohort, course, or live event.

    • Less than 30 days before the course begins: You're eligible for a 50% credit only if your spot can be filled.
