Our gatherings weave gentle movement, guided meditation, sound baths, and time in nature into an immersive experience. Each session is designed for all levels—whether you’re brand-new or seasoned—so you can settle in at your own pace, reconnect with your inner calm, and leave feeling grounded and refreshed.

Absolutely. We love welcoming first-timers! All offerings and activities are for all levels! Our teachers offer clear, beginner-friendly guidance and encourage plenty of modifications. You’ll be supported every step of the way and can always rest or ask questions whenever you need.

Please bring a reusable water bottle, a yoga mat if you have one, wear comfortable layers and sunblock (outdoor sessions can shift in temperature), and, if you like, a journal for reflections. We provide the safe and loving space, bolsters, blankets, water, tea, snacks, and extra yoga mats. Nourishing meals will also be provided during Day & Travel Retreats. We’ll email a detailed packing list and any location-specific tips a week before your event.
